Installing Claude within a Docker Container:

In the past few months, I’ve been learning how to work with Claude Code for research applications. Here’s a tutorial for setting up Claude Code inside a Docker Container. This container will be set up for a researcher who uses R code– a number of popular R packages will be installed into the container, along with their underlying dependencies.

Thrilled that our Review in TREE is now the cover article– featuring one of my favorite species from Madagascar, the neon day gecko! Gorgeous lil guys. And we hope this review will be useful for the community: lessons learned on matching climate to biological scales.
